These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tziki website, browser extension, and web application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tziki lets designers, developers, and teams pin comments and feedback directly on live websites and manage that feedback from a shared dashboard. The browser extension overlays comments inside your own browser; it does not modify, inject code into, or transmit the source of the websites you visit.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Post or share content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or violates the rights of others;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the comments, feedback, and other content you create using the Service ("Your Content"). When you invite others to collaborate on a project, you are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate basis to share their email address with us for that purpose. Invited collaborators may view project content and comments you share with them.
